Please note that this email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A legally binding contract between you and Isley is formed only when the order has been dispatched and you receive a dispatch confirmation.

This protects both parties in rare cases of stock unavailability or pricing errors.

In accordance with UK consumer law, if your order does not arrive within 30 days (unless a longer delivery time has been agreed), you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Isley remains responsible for the product until it has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is supplied by the customer, Isley cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed delivery.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

You are responsible for:
