Isley ships to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.
Delivery availability may vary depending on the product and fulfilment location. Any applicable limitations are clearly shown at checkout before purchase.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing includes order verification, quality checks and preparation for dispatch. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and depend on destination and fulfilment location.
Typical delivery ranges:

International orders: 10–20 business days
These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs procedures, courier operations or external factors beyond our control.
In line with UK consumer law, if your order does not arrive within 30 days from the date of purchase (unless a different delivery period was clearly agreed), you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
If a delay occurs, we encourage you to contact our support team so we can assist promptly and transparently.
Isley works with international fulfilment partners to offer a curated and accessible collection.
As a result, some orders may be shipped from outside the UK.

For orders below £135, VAT is generally collected at checkout, in accordance with UK regulations.

For orders above £135, VAT and any applicable import duties may be charged upon delivery by local customs authorities.
Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

All applicable charges are displayed clearly before payment is completed.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Isley remains responsible for your order until it is successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Once delivery is confirmed, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.

If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is provided by the customer, Isley cannot be held responsible for lost or misdelivered parcels.

In such cases, delivery protection and replacement eligibility may no longer apply.
We kindly ask customers to review all delivery details carefully before completing their order.
If your order appears significantly delayed, or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and provide guidance. While courier operations are outside our direct control, we remain committed to supporting you throughout the process.
